Money.
Booking is free if you subscribe, $15 if you don't. The subscription buys the watching — the part that costs us money and that nobody else does. We're the only party in this category paid by the traveller rather than a company or a supplier.
Calendar.
If you connect your calendar, it's read-only. We never add, move or cancel anything. We only look inside the window of a trip you have coming up, and we never store what your meetings say — just the times and the email domains of who you're meeting. You can revoke it in two clicks.
Everything works without it. You just tell us what the trip's for instead, and that single answer does most of the same work.
Read-only access only sees changes from the moment we start watching. It gives us no history of anything that happened before.
The human.
There's a person behind this. Type @human and you get her, not a queue.
What we store, and what we never do.
We store what we need to buy you a ticket, your preferences by route, and your trips. If you connect a calendar, we store meeting times and the email domains of who you're meeting, inside your trip windows only.
We never store what your meetings say. We never look at your calendar outside a trip window. We never ask for your inbox.

Hotels aren't live yet. Flights are.
We don't re-book on our own. We come back with the fix and you say yes.
